The family room had a wonderful sea view and was very clean. The location is super fantastic (I could almost touch the ocean from my balcony!).
The reception staff seemed unhelpful and made little effort to assist us with our requests. It was they were upset because we booked a safari trip with another company. This behavior did not align with the standards I expect at a hotel like this, especially considering its price.

friendly staff awesome pool sri lankan breakfast
The staff was friendly. Samantha at the restaurant ensured the kitchen prepared watermelon juice for my son. The pool was awesome and a great location (I enjoyed spending time there). The Sri Lankan breakfast was good.
The high chairs were a bit too big.

calm beachside stay
accessible beaches varied buffet well kept pool tranquil escape
i found the location to be a major plus two beaches were easily accessible from the hotel i walked to both turtle bay and the main beach directly from the hotel grounds the beaches were clean and offered different experiences for swimming and snorkeling the setting made exploring the coastline simple. the breakfast buffet had many choices i tried local and western dishes the food was fresh and well prepared service during breakfast was attentive staff were quick to replenish items. the pool was large and well-kept i spent time relaxing by the water it never felt crowded i appreciated the ample space and cleanliness the pool area provided a tranquil escape.
i noticed some wear in the bathroom fixtures the shower head showed some signs of age.
